Nehemiah Behavioral Health – Adult Day Program and Community Connections program focuses on increase self-sufficiency and/or basic skills to enable individuals to achieve an increased level of independence for individuals age 18 and older. Small groups travel into the community to access and participate in activities of their choice and interest. Individuals may participate in volunteer opportunities and recreational opportunities. Staff provides support in skill training in activities of daily living, mobility training, communication, socialization, and recreation Individuals can receive these services as part of their supported living services plan or comprehensive services plan.
